 Shane Boehmke started in the Fire Service the fall of 1990 with The North Aurora Fire Department. Later, Shane worked with the Fox River Grove Fire Department and McHenry Fire Department, as well as a contract medic, and in the fall of 2000 was hired by The Huntley Fire Protection District as a Firefighter/Paramedic where he now works full time. He is the Fire School Coordinator with The Southern Wisconsin Northern IL Fire Rescue Association, a Founder and member of the NO Illinois F.O.O.L.S Chapter, and the Sons of The Flag Task Force Leader for Illinois. Shane is the father of one and lives in the suburbs of Chicago with his Love “Robin”.
